Hi, thanks for looking. My name is Adam. I have a dog, little Jack Russel cross foxy who is 14 and a half. He's still full of energy. Have 2 cats, 1 who's just on 10 and the other is 3. 3 year old is a indoor outdoor cat and the 10 year old is indoors only. All 3 are relatively friendly though the older cat takes more to warm up to people.

I also have 6 chickens in the yard who free range. 3 are tiny Belgian duccles who are 18 months old and the other 3 are much older hens, a 7yr and 2 5yr olds. Help yourself to the freshest eggs.

There's also a green house and herbs in the garden with some lettuce, spinach, dill, parsley, mint, rosemary, thyme all growing and established too.

The property has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 ensuite. Solar panels during the day, central heating and cooling. 2 living areas. Super fast internet that's unlimited. 2 home offices so great if you want to work from home or do work on a computer etc.

Dog doesn't need a daily walk as he's older but he will happily go with you. Chickens put themselves to sleep and wake up in the morning. All you need to do is check on the water and food. Chickens food is kept in a PVC pipe that drops as they peck and dog has an auto feed that releases at certain times. Cats graze their food so it's just more about keeping them company and enjoying the house.

Might be some mail here and there. There's a dishwasher to wash dishes, washing machine and dryer / clothesline for clothes washing and drying. Vacuum and mop for any mess / spills. No need to go out of your way to keep it looking like a showroom.
