Our home is a modern open plan brick home with most 'mod cons'. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 large and separate living areas, a modern kitchen and a large (uncovered) patio. Our home located on a half-acre block at the end of a very quiet street.

Please care for 2 cats, our large lawn area with ride-on mower and our pot plants and garden generally.

Located in a very quiet part of Nowra on the south coast of NSW, we are only minutes off the coast on the Shoalhaven River where the beach, fishing and boating options are all nearby.

Commercial and retail areas are within a few minutes’ drive away. Nowra is the retail centre of the Shoalhaven and has a population of 25k and provides mosts services one would expect of a regional centre.

Pets & farm animals

We have two cats, Tigger and Sheeba. Tigger is a placid tabby and Sheeba is a bengal with attitude. All are house trained and generally tolerate each other.

House Tasks

Whilst a ride on mower is available (new 2 years ago) mowing is not essential. Garden will require watering during the hotter times of the year together with pot plants on our patio. Care of out four-legged family is required.
