House located close to public transport, beach and river in Perth. Approx 15 mins to city and 10 mins to Kings Park. Local IGA within walking distance with Post Office, Medical centre and cafe and restaurant. House is 2 storey, fully air conditioned with an unfenced pool, outdoor area with BBQ and plenty of space for a caravan or vehicle in front yard. Secure gate entry.
We have 2 dogs that are very elderly. They will require dog nappies at night time and during the day if left for long periods. You will need to be comfortable with changing these.
Cat is very self sufficient and just requires feeding.
