Home is a 1910s sandstone cottage, three bedroom, one bathroom, separate living and eat-in kitchen.
Bedrooms both with queen beds, and the third bedroom is set up as a study, so work from home is easy.
Easy care yard with fruit trees, so you might get some plums over Christmas.
Off street parking available, under a carport.

Location is in Fullarton, only 10 minutes to the CBD, easy access to the hills, and beautiful leafy streets to walk around with sounds of birds.

Sitting would include care of our fur-baby, Albert, an indoor cat. He is timid and shy, sweet and gentle, and easily pleased with food in his bowl.
