the house is a three bedroom house that shares the block with another house behind, both share the same driveway. There is a nice rear deck opening from the lounge. the house is open plan.
Bagara beach is only 15 minutes away and a major shopping centre (Hinkler) is only 5 minute drive or ten minutes to a second major shopping centre (Stocklands). The neighbours are exceptional and very friendly.
The kitchen has many new appliances and a big screen tv is in the lounge

Pets & farm animals

I have a cat named Spencer who prefers to spend most times out doors but does come in for meals and if the weather goes bad. Although he, and I, get on exceptionally well with the neighbours I would prefer him to have access to his own home.

House Tasks

the main task is to allow Spencer access to the house for meals or if there is bad weather. His litter box is outside and should not require any attention, as he pays it no attention.
The small yard will not require mowing or any attention while I am away and the few plants on the back deck may only require a little watering.
