About

Our house is a modern, 2 storey, 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, brick home on 400 sq. m. of land. The house is located 75m from the water and about 300m to Scarborough Beach and cafe precinct. The neighbourhood is very quiet.

Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms (both with queen sized beds), laundry, lounge area, small office, bathroom and toilet. There is also an outside, covered pergola area that gets amazing breezes in the afternoon.

Upstairs there is an open plan large kitchen, dining room, lounge area and a study nook. There is a powder room, one bedroom with a king single bed and a master bedroom with a king size bed, walk-in robe and large ensuite. There is also a front balcony 3m x 7m with a Weber BBQ, seating for 6, and water views to Moreton Island.

There is a dedicated walkway/cycleway at the end of our street that you can walk along the water front for up to 15kms.
We have 2 cats that are about 4 years old. They live inside only, are fully vaccinated and have no health issues.

Chloe is a Bengal and loves to play fetch with a piece of electrical wire. She is friendly and will follow you around the house but she is not an overly cuddly cat. She does love pats though. A firm pat on the head and you are her friend.

Tiggy is a rescue tabby with a beautiful nature. She is affectionate and loves pats and sitting with you. She will also follow you from room to room.

Tiggy and Chloe will play together and chase one another around the house, sometimes there is a bit of growling (only from Chloe) and clumps of fur (also from Chloe). They like each other and they are mates but they don't "love" each other and are not a bonded pair.

House Tasks

Keeping house clean and tidy. Water plants. Mow small lawn. Collect mail. Take out bins.

Feeding the cats and cleaning the kitty litter.
