We have a 52 hectare conservation property that is located in a rural area in Central Victoria named High Camp. The nearest town is Kilmore which is approximately 15km away. The property has a relatively new house (built 2022, moved in Jan 2023) with 2 bedrooms, study living/dining and 1 bathroom and a 1 bedroom self-contained hut approximately 100m from the main house. We live off grid. Our property is serviced by tank water and a 20KW solar system with 29KW of battery storage that supplies electricity to the property. We have composting toilets in the bathrooms and septic tanks for laundry, kitchen and shower water. Ideally we would want you to come a day or two before the sit starts so that we can go over some of the extra tasks needed to maintain water supply, electricity and the composting toilets.
We have two very beautiful, friendly and active Dalmatians, a male named Bonzo (40kg) who is around 4 years old and a female named Peggy (30kg) who is around 5 years old. The dogs are very companionate and affectionate but do require regular off lead walks/run (at least daily) and outside time during the day. The dogs are very spoilt and live and sleep inside the house with us. The dogs also have restricted diets as they are both LCA Dalmatians and because we live on a rural property require regular heart and tape worm/flea and tick treatments. These are not medical conditions, but preventative health care. We will supply all food and treatments. We do not have any other animals that require care.
We will leave our second car (which is full of dog hair) to be used if needed.

House Tasks
The amount of time and work that you want to put into the property is entirely up to you. We have a 52 hectare conservation property and there are always things to manage and do (rabbit/pest control, weed control, plant care), but if they don't get done it is okay.
We have an enclosed back yard area that does not require a lot of maintenance at this point. We have vegetable garden beds set up, but have not planted anything and we have a glass house.
