We live in a 4 bedroom (2 converted to offices) brick home with newly renovated main bedroom with ensuite and newly renovated kitchen. The house has wonderful high ceilings providing plenty light in our open flow living / kitchen / dining area that leads on to a covered outdoor eating area with lush 'tropical' garden surrounding it and grass and trees beyond that for Riley, our dog to romp around in. She has a doggie door that she goes in and out of freely. At the front of the house is a nice garden and lawn to which Riley does not have access as it is not fenced. The property has security cameras around it that are linked to our mobile phones.

House Tasks
1. Feed and walk dog
2. Turn on watering timers for 3 areas where garden is not automatically irrigated. This will need to be done every 2nd or 3rd day
3. Water indoor plants once a week
4. Open gate for lawnmower contractor once every two weeks and pick up poo from the relevant back grass area prior to contractor's arrival
