25K from Benalla Township. 2 Acres, 3 Sheep, 1 goat and 3 cats and 32 odd Bantam chooks. Very rural area and only 5 houses in main street. This is farming land so sorry no shops here. Benalla is closest. Woolworths and Coles do home delivery for Grocery. If you want to stay a bit longer after I get back, that is fine with me. Wood fire, plus split system to keep you warm. Happy to leave some Petrol money. Garden Watering a must. Gardner's welcome..... Caravan space. Small 3 bedroom house, Solar, Rain Water, a small dam on the property (No young kids!).
