Hello! We are a small family of 3 with an indoor cat. We're going away for a week following Christmas.

THE HOUSE
We live in a unit set back from the main road in Brunswick West. It has two bedrooms, an open kitchen/dining/living area, a bathroom with toilet, shower and separate bath, and a small laundry room. There is an outdoor space with a herb garden and enough lawn to sit on and enjoy the sun, which it gets a lot of!

Amenities/nice things:
- Dishwasher
- Vitamix
- Slow cooker
- Split system heating/cooling
- Washing machine (but no dryer)
- Digital piano
- Projector (no TV)

THE LOCATION
We are in Brunswick West right near Jacob's Reserve and the 58 tram stop (3-minute walk).
Within 10 minutes you can walk to: supermarkets, cafes, pharmacies, doctor's, library, multiple parks, and more.
Sydney Rd and all Brunswick has to offer is a 5-minute drive or 15-minute cycle away.
There is no undercover parking, but there is street parking or parking in front of our garage available (we use the garage for storage).

THE KITTY
Our cat is 8 years old, and incredibly sweet (a big teddy bear!). He is an indoor only cat and very easy to care for. He only needs feeding once/day and his litter scooped once/day. And of course as many pets and cuddles as you like :).

OTHER TASKS
- The small herb garden and our tomato plant outside will need watering daily unless it has rained. (5 minutes/day)
- The indoor pot plants will need watering once during your stay.(5 minutes)
- Collect the post daily
