Semi-detached house with 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom upstairs, and an extra WC downstairs, close to public transport, close to city, shops etc, easy care garden.
We have a ragdoll cat whose name is Abby - she's beautiful and certainly has her own character complete with demands to be fed every 10 minutes (which is of course ignored)!
We have no lawn, so garden care is minimal - mostly just a bit of watering if necessary.
