My little house sits underneath the big house in beautiful Warburton. I have an 1000 sq garden to enjoy, but I only ask you to mow the front section! There will only be the lounge to sleep in. It is basic, with only a fan. The caravan which is in the photograph has got a more comfortable bed and has a stove top and lighting. So you are quite welcome to share both of them. it is a 10 min walk to the Yarra river. I have 2 chickens and a cat to look after.
