About

We own a beautifully renovated house in Yarraville and are looking for a house sitter for two sets of dates in January:

Saturday 3 January to Saturday 10 January

AND

Sunday 18 January to Monday 26 January.

About the area
The house is located in Yarraville and close to both Seddon and Yarraville stations. Yarraville Village is also close-by with lots of shops, restaurants and the Sun Theatre.

About the house
The house is very new and was renovated four years ago. We have a large kitchen, study/guest room with home office set up, living room area, top of the range heating and cooling, and appliances. There is also a pool which you would be welcome to use. Also, a great coffee machine!

About the pets
We have two Boston Terrier dogs - Oscar and Bonnie. They are very friendly and require a walk each day. We have a Burmese cat called Jimbo who is very low maintenance and just requires feeding. We also have stick insects who require to be sprayed with water and additional leaves provided (can be found nearby).

About us
My husband and I are in our early 40s and have two children who are 10 and 8. We’re very clean and tidy - the house will be spotless when you arrive and we would expect the same or can arrange for our cleaner to visit before we return.
