Hi,
we have a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit 900m from the Jezzine Barracks and 1.5km from the bars and eateries of The Strand, Townsville. We are travelling over Christmas to see family. Our dogs are going on vacation too. We need someone to water of plants/ sweep paths and take out the garbage. Our apartment is comfortable and is one of 8 units. It is a quiet environment with other unit owners being older adults - and appreciative of maintaining the quietness. we are on a no through road with the Soroptimist Park next door. Ideal for those who like walking on the beach or trails, biking, or bird watching. There is a coffee/ breakfast van 300m up the road - opposite the caravan park, Wednesday - Sunday; and a Pizza Van two nights a week. Great location for a break over Christmas.
