Welcome to our comfortable post-war cottage, set over two levels and surrounded by a large, leafy yard. The main level features two bedrooms, a bathroom, a cosy lounge, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and a covered deck perfect for relaxing. Downstairs you’ll find the a spacious room with a study/work desk, lounge area (including a pull-out sofa bed), a queen bed, small bathroom, and a laundry area. The two levels are not internally connected. The under-deck area is fully enclosed with palings and can be locked for security. Our home is fully air-conditioned.
Outside, enjoy the pool and sun deck with umbrella - great for unwinding in our quiet, friendly neighbourhood. Our cars will be parked at the house (driveway/street) but there’s plenty of street parking available.
We'd love for you to make yourself at home in the downstairs guest area, but you could also stay in the upstairs queen bedroom if you prefer.
We are located in a super convenient spot:
• 6 - 7 minute walk to Keperra train station (around 35 minutes to Central station by train). Also direct to South Brisbane station for access to Southbank museums, theatres and parkland.
• 3 - 4 minute walk to a great cafe, vet, medical centre, chemist, newsagent, and fish & chips
• 20 minute walk or 3 - 5 minute drive to the nearest supermarkets and various other take-away food outlets
• Bus stop at the end of the street
• Nature walks and bushland close by
• 15 minute drive to Samford Village
