The house is in a heavily treed environment on one acre.
LOTS of green!
The 'town centre' is six minutes drive away.
For those who don't know, Mt. Tamborine is @5 degrees cooler all year around than the surrounding lowlands.
Gold Coast is 30m drive to the east and The Scenic Rim is to the west.
We live at the very end of a bitumen track. Very private.
We have many birds who frequent our deck. LOTS of deck.
We have lovely two dogs - a Cavoodle and PoodleX.
They are easy.
We also have a wonderful neighbour.

It is very treed block so there's not a lot of lawn.
