4 bedroom home with double carport and big yard in a quiet culdesac in beautiful, friendly Wollongbar. Private and peaceful with lots of plants and trees and all decorated for a beautiful Christmas. Watch the birds and the gums from the front deck or have morning coffee on the sunny back verandah, enjoying the sea breeze overlooking the yard and suburb beyond. We have a gorgeous little mini foxy who sleeps downstairs but loves to be up stairs hanging with you during the day when you are home. He is quite timid around other dogs so we don’t take him far. Just occasional walks on the lead and a bit of a play in the backyard. Wollongbar has a fantastic tavern with great meals, a fabulous Peruvian restaurant and beautiful parks. We also have a local food works, and the service station serves barista made coffee and fresh food. The gorgeous village of Alstonville with award winning cafes, bakeries and boutiques is just 5 mins away. Day trips abound for beaches or hinterland adventures. Central Ballina 19mins, Lennox Head 20mins, Byron Bay 32min, Bangalow 21mins, Evans Head 35mins, Minion Falls 45mins, Lismore 16mins, and 1hr to Tweed or Murwillumbah. Pets & farm animals

Byron, miniature foxy. Cuddly lap dog. Low maintenance. Used to being home alone during the day. Loves watching the world go by from the back deck and especially loves a cuddle. He likes a walk around the neighbourhood or on a quiet beach with dogs on the lead. We have a family of water dragons that hang around the gardens out the front and the occasional visit from a scrub turkey and pheasant. We also have a resident tree frog who loves to come up to the kitchen window each night to feast on insects with the geckos.
