Garden lovers and those new to gardening will be directed re hand watering needs, using the electric lawnmower in an early morn or late afternoon / early evening time slot when less prone to evaporation. Instructions will be given to enable pest management by non-toxic, sustainable means with natural based fertilisers and pest management in use.

All we ask is for our home to be returned to us as high ordered clean as given, with agreed little projects of interest taken up and completed in an orderly, well organised manner including in places required, at handover, with added Dyna labelling.
