3 storey house located in the Collaroy, Northern Beaches, Sydney with a pool and a front and back garden. 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Long Reef beach is a 7 minute walk from our house and public transport into the CBD or Manly, Warringah Mall is only a 5 minute walk away. We have two beautiful brown labs looking for the right mature couple to look after our fur babies Jazzie (10) and Ted (5). 2 different personalities and needs required, as our senior dog has arthritis in her hip and is on too many vitamin and pain relief tablets. Having someone who is used to administering difficult dogs with tablets would be an added bonus.

Pets & farm animals

Jazzie is a 10 year old senior citizen and sadly she has arthritis in the hip. Only 1 walk a day is suggested for Jazzie, but her brother Ted is an American lab. Action packed, in love with balls and running. He loves to go to dog parks and play ball. Two walks a day are required for his energy levels. He is a strong and big lab. Approximately 39 kg, but he is very polite and well mannered. Excellent on the lead.
Jazzie is a stubborn and difficult walker. Walking both dogs requires someone who is capable to manage 70-75kg. Jazzie will definitely pull and often she will just stop in the middle of the road. Both dogs have excellent recall and have been trained consistently, but I require someone to be alert to their behaviours as Ted has had several surgeries from eating pine cones, sticks and toys which has resulted in $$, but also a very painful surgery. He still will want to eat the stick and pine cone at our local dog park, so you need to be vigilant on your walks with him.

House Tasks

Collect mail. Water the garden. Watch the pool chorine levels, add acid when needed. Take garbage bins out on bin night please.
