Short walk to town, cafes, harbour, markets and shops. This home has much to offer those in need of a relaxing seaside holiday. Huge deck with extensive ocean views. The living area backs onto the backyard which has a north east aspect creating a lovely sunny haven in the backyard. North easterly ocean breezes keep the temperature down in summer. The house is two stories. Air conditioning and a huge TV in the upstairs lounge room, recently renovated kitchen upstairs too. Gardens will need to be watered and maintained and our dog walked twice a day and looked after. This listing is for a maximum of two people with references but given where it is you will love staying here.
