My home is located in a prestige coastal area of Adelaide, just 1 km from the beach, in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood where you can hear birds singing daily.

The house has a relaxed boho style, while the guest bedroom (your room) is designed as a calm Oriental tea-room style retreat, perfect for rest and downtime. You’ll have:

The backyard includes a lemon tree, fig tree, and pomegranate tree, and the large front yard offers easy parking. An electric front gate adds extra safety and privacy.

Depending on your age and insurance eligibility, you may also use my car if needed (within insurance policy conditions).

Pets & farm animals

two beautiful Kelpie cross dogs — one boy aged 7 and one girl aged 4. Both are intelligent, affectionate, and active, yet very well settled into a consistent daily routine. They enjoy walks, gentle play, and quiet time at home, and they are happiest with someone who genuinely enjoys being around dogs rather than leaving them alone for long periods.

There is excellent access to outdoor spaces:

A dog park just 5 minutes’ walk (or 2 minutes’ drive)

A dog-friendly wetland park only 6 minutes’ drive away

My backyard gate opens directly to a park (not fenced), and there is also a public tennis court nearby

House Tasks

Keep the house clean and tidy;
Water indoor plants once a week, outdoor plants everyday;,
Leave the house as you find it;
Pick up after dogs in the front yard and back yard once every 2 days
