Location is great and close to M1 and new M9 5 mind away. Westfield 4 min drive away aswell as coomera train station. Theme parks all 10 mins away.

In beautiful estate with private access to gym and pool. Outdoor area undercover for those hot summer days.

Beautiful indoor cat called thumper who is very affectionate and loves cuddles he's 13 years old.
2 dogs. One cavoodle and one king Charles x chihuahua who are super placid and affectionate. Both 5 years old.
House Tasks
Collect mail and put bins out, water grass and flower bed in summer.
Feed animals and walk them and change litter for cat,relax and take it easy.
