3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhouse inside a gated strata complex with minimal to no garden requirements (two small indoor houseplants). Please note that we have configured two bedrooms as offices, so only one bedroom (1x king bed) is available. Parking is available for 1 car.

We have a small (9.5kg) dog named Frankie, who is a gorgeous sweetheart. He is very well-trained with commands and routines, including leash training, but is unfortunately an anxious baby with new situations and can be a bit afraid of big dogs and tall/large men. He is not at all aggressive, but does bark when scared. Please note that he is not good with small (12 and under) children, particularly excitable children.

He takes a daily anti-anxiety medication, which does help, and loves cuddles and company.

We would like you to keep the house clean and tidy and walk Frankie for at least an hour per day (either in one go or over multiple walks).
