Gorgeous 1860's Federation House completely renovated and just 800m from the centre of town on 4 acres. Sauna & spa on property and full CCTV security at every entry point. We have two dogs - an 8 year old Pug - called Morty and a 16 month old Cavoodle called TeddyBear, both who are very sociable and love cuddles - especially TeddyBear. They love to be walked around the block (not too far) every day and fed morning and night (full instructions will be left). They are adorable but will fret without us there so they are the most important part of housesitting duties.

Pets & farm animals

We have two dogs - a gorgeous little Pug called Morty who is 8 and an absolutely adorable and very affectionate Cavoodle called TeddyBear who is 2 1/2 - both are very sociable and non aggressive. They require walking to the Lake or around the block (no further) each day and fed morning and night. Full instructions will be left behind. They are both registered with Indigo Council and the local vet incase there are any issues while we are away. All contact details will be left for you.

House Tasks

NO GUESTS PERMITTED ON PROPERTY ASIDE FROM YOU so you will not be permitted to bring anyone to the house. You will have access to ONE BEDROOM ONLY but the house is large and there are two lounge rooms, a formal dining area and inside/outside dining areas. Netflix, Stan, Paramount Plus, Apple TV, Prime, Brit Box are all connected.

The house must be kept CLEAN and tidy at all times. All cleaning/vacuum cleaner requirements will be provided. Camera surveillance is operational at all times at each entry (doors and windows) and at both driveway entrances/gates so whoever stays is very safe. Contact details for close friends and local emergency services will be well documented. We have a gardener who attends every week. NO PARTIES, NO GUESTS..
