Beautiful large home, 5 acres, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom. Garage converted to a basement sitting area – has its own kitchen and bathroom. Parking outside of garage undercover of sales. We have a grass cutter that comes regularly, but preference will be given to those that will water garden and weed if necessary.
All usual household amenities available. Views of Mt Warning.
Must be a dog lover and look after our nine year old Cocker Spaniel.
You will need your own car.

One gorgeous nine year old female Cocker. She is the love of our lives, a top dog, a smart and loving little girl. Must love dogs.

House Tasks

Collect mail, if necessary mow but we do have a grass cutter that comes regularly. Weeding if necessary. The main thing is respect for the property, no parties, and to ensure our dog is well looked after.
