3 bedroom home with lots of room, wonderful views and great for entertaining. Designer interior that just makes you want to stay home and enjoy the serenity.

Has large inground pool for those hot days (or not hot as it is heated).

Leaving date is definately 16th April 2026 but return date will be 23rd or 24th May 2026. This is to be confirmed.

Pets & farm animals

A large Groodle who is extremely friendly and good fun. Cosmo is just a big bundle of love who wants to grow up to be a lap dog. Very easy care. We also have 1 cat that will just wait for you to serve her and go to bed to sleep with you.

We also have a large Albino Darwin Carpet Python. Monty is very cuddle (as much as a snake can be). You will need to be comfortable handling and feeding Monty. We are more than happy to meet up prior to the sit to provide hands on training with Monty.

House Tasks

Feed, water the animals. Cosmo (groodle) requires daily walks around the area or to the local dog parks. He will wear himself out just chasing the ball for you.

Desi will just sit on your knee.

Monty just likes to have some time out of his enclosure on occassion.

Normally garden care is not required but as we are going on an extended holiday it would be great if you can mow the lawns.

Heaps of herbs and fruits available in the garden for you.

Not much mail gets delivered.

Clean out the pool filter every couple days..

Otherwise, just sit on the balcony or in the entertaining area and enjoy the serenity.
