Modern 3 bedroom town house, immaculate inside with all facilities in a block of 4 units. Small back yard and double garage. Also parking outside front door as we are the last unit in the block. We have 2 miniature dachshunds who need to have company most of the time. We do not encourage other pets or children as the our dogs make too much fuss and become a nuisance. The unit is in an excellent location behind the police station in Lilydale. 5 min. walk to train, bus and 10 min to shops, restaurants, cafes. 2 mins to 7 eleven 24 hour. It is a quiet area and our neighbours are good. We need someone who will keep our dogs company and securely enclosed. Taking them for short walks would be good. Sitters are welcome to use all facilities. NBN connected, 2 tvs, air con in lounge and bedrooms. The garage will be free for 1 car as well as the outside parking.
