We are looking for house sitters from am on Monday 8 June until 4 pm on Friday 17 July. Our 3 bed house is on 3/4 acre on a steep South facing slope in beautiful Crafers , 1.5km from Stirling in the Adelaide Hills. The house has a pool and sauna and a mature garden with lawns and watering system and gardeners in attendance. The house underwent an extensive renovation in 2023/4 with all new appliances. the lounge is light filled and has double glazing and full reverse cycle aircon/heating plus wood burning fire. Car parking on site is available . A cleaner also attends each fortnight.
We have a 3.5 year old Portuguese water Dog ( Hugo ) who is extremely friendly but who needs 2 walks a day ( 30 mins + ). Following which he lays around the house.
This would suit a retired active couple or single who does not need to leave the house for extended periods . The area is hilly and would not suit anyone with mobility issues.

Pets & farm animals

Hugo , a 3.5 year old Portuguese Water dog- very friendly and non shedding. He needs companionship but can be left alone on occasion for 4 hours or so. He does need long walks each day, morning and afternoon.

House Tasks

Walking and feeding Hugo, plus possible lawn mowing once a fortnight . Lawn is approx size of a tennis court. Lawn mowing takes 20 mins
