Comfortable 4 bedroom home close to several shopping centres. We enjoy beautiful views over nearby hills from a large deck. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac which backs onto a reserve. Walk to our very good local cafe or choose from a variety of hiking trails in adjacent suburbs. Barista quality coffee machine, fully equipped kitchen and two bathrooms one with underfloor heating. Ducted gas and air-conditioning options so you will never be cold.
Kiki is our beautiful queen cat (14 years young) who sleeps most of the day in her favourite spots round the house. She loves a lap at night watching tv or listening to our sound system. She’s an indoor/outdoor cat with a catflap but she rarely leaves the property these days. She eats dry food only but appreciates the odd treat like licking a bowl that an egg has been whisked in, or a tiny off-cut of fresh chicken or minced meat.
