Relaxed, spacious, green Sydney Hills district lifestyle for a month!

Petsit our gentle, social, playful and loveable 5yo Alaskan Malamute in style at a 5br 3 bathroom airy home at a quiet, leafy yet central location in Castle Hill with two loungerooms, 2 offices and a spacious pergola/deck/bbq area.

5 mins to major Castle Towers shopping centre, 5 mins to Metro trainline, 5 mins walk to the Knightsbridge shops including Woolies.

Tickle the ivories on our baby grand piano, if you play, or hike in one of the many bushwalks near the area (with or without the Malamute).
Use of one of our cars if needed.

You would stay in our master bedroom (king size bed) with ensuite as well as main bathroom.

We have streaming/cable on several services and WiFi. Also reverse ducted airconditioning.

The gardeners come fortnightly, so other than the dog feed/walk twice a day (and taking him to doggy daycare 15 mins away once a week), there is little you need to do other than relax and enjoy!

Would suit couple or single, who know how to handle and play with a large (53kg) dog.
Sitters with experience in sitting dogs, particularly larger breeds, preferred.
Housesitters who are home some/much of the day preferred so the dog is not by himself much. He is used to one or the other of us here most of the time (one of us works from home).
He has not lived with another dog, and although he is very dog social, we prefer not to experiment with how territorial he may be with other dogs at home!

Pets & farm animals

1 x 5yo Alaskan Malamute, 'Tok', dog and people social. Needs 2 walks a day or 1 walk + dog park or 1 long walk 1hr plus.
He goes to doggy daycare 15 mins away once a week for intense dog love (you'd need to drop him off and pick him up).
We would leave food, money for more food, instructions and a glossary of words and phrases he understands (quite a few).

House Tasks

Feed dog twice a day
Walk dog twice a day (or 1 walk + 1 dog park)
Take dog to doggy daycare once a week
Start and run car once a week or so
Other than that, relax and enjoy!
