A one bedroom flat, downstairs of a larger home. Open plan living/dining/kitchen, with a seperate bedroom, bathroom and laundry, and study area. All over looking a very private and leafy front yard. Flat is attached to a larger house, but both the main house owner and I will be away overseas for a couple of months, so you will have entire property to yourself. I'm looking for a reliable and responsible housesitter to look after my cat (13 yr old male indoor/outdoor), look after the property, and my houseplants. Kew East is a very tranquil and leafy area, only 5 km from city centre, with many beautiful bush walks and yarra trails nearby. Yet only a 10 minute drive to inner city areas like collingwood, richmond, northcote and fitzroy. Buses run just outside, with a tram route around a 10-15 walk away. But also suites someone who drives.

Pets & farm animals

1 Cat- male, 13 year old. Indoor and outdoor cat - has a catflap he uses to go in and out at will. Sebastian is very independent - and wary of strangers. Not aggressive at all, but he'll keep to himself until he feels comfortable. He needs feeding morning and night, and a supply of water and dry food during the day. He sleeps on the bed, or couch, and tends to hang around the house most of the time.

Collect mail, look after house plants, and occasionally do a bit of lawn watering around the property
