That enjoys sitting and also the perks of being around a great area that is close to the harbour and a short like back and your all through the city with lots of options on things to do! And city full of lights for new years !

House Tasks

Keeping the place tidy and as was, whilst sitting. Only tasks are:
Feed cats and dog 1x in the morning, 1x at night.
Taking dog for a stroll for minimum 20 mins morning and same night for toilet walks.
Maintaining cat litter box weekly/when required.
Strictly No Visitors, smoking or partying in the unit as this is Strict Strata rules.
