We live in Cronulla in southern Sydney within walking distance of many beaches, shopping centres, train station, walking and bike paths and numerous other attractions including cafes, cinemas and large shopping mall.
The house is fully renovated and has 3 bedrooms, a study and 2 bathrooms upstairs. There is a kitchen, dining room, toilet and 2 living areas downstairs. Both living areas have a TV with Foxtel connection.
Our favourite place is the sunny north facing deck that overlooks Cronulla golf course. There is also a private, well maintained garden. There is some light garden duties - water pot plants, rake grass and sweep deck.
I have prepared a welcome pack that provides detail on everything you need to know about the house, surrounding area and our gentle cavoodle Olive.

Pets & farm animals

We have an affectionate, energetic 5 year old cavoodle who enjoys a daily walk. Her favourite thing is to spend time with you. She is accustomed to having company during the day and enjoys games.

House Tasks

Tasks are very simple. Walk daily, feed morning and night, keep water bowls full and some light grooming (brushing). There is a doggie door so she can access the backyard independently.
We would prefer someone who is retired or works from home. as she is accustomed to company during the day.
The garden is well maintained but may require watering, especially the pots and her garden if the weather is very warm. The grass may also need a rake and the deck sweeping as we have a number of large trees surrounding the property.
