We have a modern 4x2 house in a nice neighbourhood. With a pool, theatre room, ensuite bathroom with double vanity, games area and study nook.
Only 30 mins to the city via train from Ellenbrook. Swan Valley wineries and many amazing restaurants are about 5mins drive. Aveley is a peaceful beautiful little suburb.
Our dog, Brownie, is a friendly, affection, border terrier x foxy, who loves a daily walk and company. Easy small dog to look after.
