We’re looking for someone to house sit while we’re away in for a couple of months. Our home is a traditional Queenslander set on 5 acres of peaceful sugar cane fields. It’s secluded with beautiful views and only 5km from Ayr town centre, where you’ll find shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs, a cinema, an RSL, a bowling club, a swimming pool, and great fishing spots along the Burdekin River.

The house is a simple, comfortable, and relaxed three-bedroom farmhouse with lovely original features and a balcony. It’s comfortable, peaceful and has everything you need for an enjoyable stay.

Ideally, we’d love someone who can help maintain the yard and look after the house whilst we’re gone. We can arrange for someone to do the mowing if needed.
