Only 15 minutes to some of Perths beautiful beaches, 30 minutes to the CBD and close to the Swan Valley region my house gives the best of both worlds. Banksia Grove is a quiet neighbourhood with plenty of local surrounding parks and close shopping centres. Along with the house, I also have a 10 month old Ridgeback X, Denver who absolutely loves cuddles, playing outside in the yard and going for walks around the neighbourhood. Denver’s a gentle giant who just loves being around humans!
