2 bedroom house plus study, with 2 year old female kelpie dog (gentle) and very human focussed, will require a short walk in the morning and again in the evenings, dog is very playful and attends dog day farm on a Wednesday during the period away.

The house sitter would need to be able to ensure Pippi (the kelpie) gets on the bus she is picked up at our home at around 8.30 and is dropped home again by 4pm on that day.

Pippi also plays most mornings with a neighbours boxer dog - we would arrange for the neighbour to collect Pippi some of the days for a play in the morning and if suitable sitter could drop Pippi to neighbours if comfortable - to be confirmed.

Front courtyard requires watering (but is mostly native so is pretty robust and back yard lawn and garden beds require a soak every 2 or three days depending on weather.

House is close to Westfield shopping centre Marion and 5 minutes from Seacliff beach and Glenthorne National Park - lovely area and house has a lovely outside veranda that catches beautiful sunsets.
