Our home is located in a rural setting on 50 private acres just 15 minutes out of Toowoomba - where all the normal shops and entertainment can be found. 5 minutes away Withcott has a food market and doctor.

The house is airconditioned and has a wood fire, a modern kitchen and bathroom and lovely gardens around the fenced house yard. There is a large television and many books to read. The Queen sized guest bed is equipped with a near new very comfortable mattress.

Undercover car parking and NBN are available.

House Tasks

The key things we would appreciate are for the mail to be collected, feeding of the goldfish and wild birds and a weekly check of the pool water level and mowing of small lawn area as required (20 minutes). Other than that, just keeping the place tidy and enjoying your stay.
