About the House & Location
I live in Erskineville, right next to Newtown, in a vibrant inner-west area with lots to do. The house is within walking distance to both Erskineville and Newtown train stations, and it’s only two stops to the Sydney CBD. There are great cafés, restaurants, and bars nearby, as well as plenty of local shops and things to explore.

There are also fantastic green spaces close by, including Sydney Park and Camperdown Park, which are very popular.

The house has:
-An upstairs bedroom (this would be yours)
-A living room with a TV
-Good Wi-Fi
-A kitchen and bathroom
-A back garden where you can sit and relax

I live with my housemate Beth, who is lovely but works a lot and often stays out overnight, so the house is usually quiet.

I will be away for a few weeks. Rent, bills, and dog food will all be covered by me.

About Molly ??
Molly will be turning 4 in March. She is very affectionate, friendly, and great with other dogs. She responds well to recall and loves being around people.

Her usual routine:
One walk per day, usually in the morning
I often take her to the dog park and throw the ball for her in the mornings and she may play with other dogs
After her walk, she has food and water
During the day she is very relaxed and happy to chill at home
When I’m at work (8:30am–6:00pm), she just naps at home

In the evening, she gets fed again and enjoys relaxing nearby

At home, Molly likes to be close to whoever is around. She will usually nap beside you downstairs in her bed. At night, she sleeps in her crate or near me. She is let out to the toilet in the back garden.

Sitter Requirements
The main requirements are:
-Feeding Molly
-Taking her on one walk per day
-Keeping her company at home

If you’re just relaxing at the house, Molly will happily nap near you and keep you company.
