Beautiful new large house in Duffy ACT, v close (across the road) to walking & bike tracks & walking distance to a coffee shop/ IGA. Only care requirement is to spend some time (Morning & evening fine) with one 9 kg plus ginger cat who is very sociable & likes to interact with people. Main requirement is to like cats! He eats dry biscuits which are autodispensed & only needs his water bowl topping up. He likes to play cat wand toys if his human is in the mood. He lives inside & outside but we call him in at night. The ideal person would be happy to give him pats & let him in & out to go in the garden. Genuinely a very low maintenance house sit in a lovely home that allows you to explore Canberra & surrounds over the Easter period.

Just put out bins weekly pls & top up water/ play with our cat. Keep the house clean & tidy (as received).
