Melbourne location, 3 bedroom modern house on a section 8km from CBD. We have air conditioning. Very quiet street and safe. Lots of parks near by and the beach is 5 minutes away. We have 1 dog who needs care and prefer a person who does not mind being a home body. We are 10 minutes to Williamstown Beach, lots of parks and walks close by and wonderful shopping centers and outdoor areas nearby. Can walk, drive or bus to the train station and then it is 10 minutes by train to the city and lots of activities and sites. Many choices of cafes and local restaurants. We are also 10 minutes to Port Melbourne and about 15 minutes to St Kilda area. Lots to do in summer!

Pets & farm animals

We have a Staffi Puppy, He will need walking and lots of cuddles, care and love.

House Tasks

Collect mail, keep house tidy, walk the dog, water the plants, keep house secure general care around the house.
