Ground-floor unit/townhouse with a small private backyard, located in Mermaid Waters. Very close to Pacific Fair and only a 15–20 minute walk to the beach.

You’ll be sharing the space with our tiny dog, Kika — a Russian Toy Terrier. She may be small, but she has a big personality! We’d prefer a female to stay and look after her, as she’s more comfortable with women. You’ll need to be comfortable sharing the bed with a little dog who loves cuddles and belly rubs.

Kika is very affectionate and also a great little guard dog — she’ll always let you know if someone is nearby, so you’ll definitely feel safe in the house.
