Seeking mature aged couple/single female - definitely no pets, no kids. In return the right applicant will enjoy our low maintenance 4 bedroom brick home on fully fenced 1 acre block. We’re situated on a quiet dead end street with incredible neighbours in a semi rural area. We’re only 10 minutes from historical Maryborough township and 40 minutes from Hervey Bay. Sitters will have their own QS bedroom with dedicated toilet and bathroom.
Our focus is the care of our two gorgeous long haired mini dachshunds. They are absolutely beautiful dogs who just love routine and hanging out with hoomans. They love walks along the beach or in the park, going for car rides or simply snuggling on the couch.
Otherwise there’s a fish aquarium that is very low maintenance and various potted plants that may need a drop of water every few days. The back patio is fully enclosed and offers a great place to sit and enjoy an afternoon cold beer or glass of wine
Sitters will have use of unlimited NBN and several streaming channels. The house is low maintenance and has ample solar power to meet your needs. We have external security cameras for added security but would be happy to deactivate for duration of the sit
