We live on 9 acres and have 2 mareema's that require looking after. Honestly all that's required is feeding and they are put to bed in the garage at night as they tend to bark all through the night. And then let out in the morning. The property is secure so they won't wander during the day.
We'd prefer whoever stays to be self contained as , we are new to this, are not comfortable having people we do not know stay in our house - yet. We have plenty of room for a caravan and will provide water and power.
There's a separate paddocked area behind the home, so if you felt more comfortable there with your dog separated from ours that's available.

Pets & farm animals

We have a horse, 2 cows and 4 sheep that require nothing from you during this period. Although the horse won't say no to a carrot or two.
