Stunning and huge communal back garden with many places to relax and enjoy. Nice neighbours and pet-friendly atmosphere with 3 small friendly dogs that live downstairs. They get on well with my beautiful whippet. A short walk to Ettalong beach, shops and cafes/restaurants. A lovely farmers market on Saturdays is a short-walk away as well.

I would prefer a single woman to stay.

Pets & farm animals

I have a sweet and gentle natured affectionate whippet named Stormy. He's 8 and a half years old. He has a walk in the morning and afternoon. For the rest of the day he likes to find sunny spots around the place to sleep in. Being older and the breed he is, he likes to nap quite a bit. He's fine with being left alone for a few hours, but not more than 5-6 hours as he needs to be let out to go to the toilet.

House Tasks

I have quite a few indoor plants but they only will need watering once a week. I usually take care of the back garden including vege patch that needs watering on dry days. There's a sprinkler if you don't feel like standing with the hose. I find it quite therapuetic! :-)
