A 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 level townhouse with a LUG and a small fenced backyard in Mosman, a 2 min walk to the shops at the Spit Junction and Military Road Mosman, a 2km to Balmoral Beach, and less than 3km to The Spit, Sirius Cove and Clifton Gardens.

Pets & farm animals

The house comes with 2 dogs - 4yo and 5yo cocker spaniels. The dogs sleep in a crate, have access to the backyard, and will require exercise each day - a brisk walk or play at one of the many dog parks within walking distance.

House Tasks

We have dog poo composters in the back yard, so please clean any up with the spades provided.
Our small backyard has 4 gum trees, so there is plenty of leaf litter, so the yard might need a rake to allow the grass the best chance.
Bin night is Tuesday nights, rotating between paper/cardboard, hard plastics/metals and green waste, so please empty the house bins into the wheelies on a Tuesday night.
