About

We are located in a semi-rural area, 5 km outside of Sale township, on a one acre property. Sale is a small township, where you can access, supermarkets, shops, doctors and a V-line train to Melbourne.
Our house has a secure garage, has two bathrooms; two living areas; laundry and several bedrooms. We have a low maintenance garden, however we have lawns that will require mowing, probably only once, with our ride on.
We have a 9 year old dog, that lives outside, and requires a walk daily.
