Seeking a caring, reliable and trustworthy couple to look after my much-loved home and sweet senior dog while I am away.

My home is a comfortable duplex unit located in Buddina, Queensland (4575), just minutes from the beach, shopping, and cafés — perfect for a relaxed Sunshine Coast stay.

THE HOME:
* Neat, light-filled duplex unit with fans, air-conditioning, heating, and a washing machine
* Small, easy-care gardens front and back
* Street parking or use of the driveway (my car will remain in the garage)
* Covered outside sunroom with a daybed, perfect for relaxing or reading
* Back yard is ideal for lazing on warm autumn days

LOCAL HIGHLIGHTS
Buddina is a serene coastal suburb on the Sunshine Coast, renowned for its stunning beaches, parks, and relaxed lifestyle. A short walk from home brings you to Kawana Beach, Point Cartwright Reserve, Kawana Library, Kawana Tennis Courts, and the Kawana Surf Club. You’ll also find quality cafés, restaurants, takeaway spots, and the Sunshine Coast Coastal Pathway, a 73 km walking and cycling path stretching from Bells Creek to Coolum.

Parks at Point Cartwright are perfect for picnics, BBQs, or watching the boats go by. About an hour north of Brisbane, Buddina is a great base to explore the Sunshine Coast’s pristine beaches, lush hinterland, and iconic destinations like Noosa, the Glasshouse Mountains, and the Australia Zoo.

* I would love it if you could send me a photo of Sephie every few days via WhatsApp or Signal
* I will provide local emergency contacts and vet details
* Sephie’s food will be provided and she has no special dietary needs or medication
* I would love to meet with you beforehand, if you possible in person, otherwise via a video call.

Pets & farm animals

You’ll be sharing your stay with Sephie, my gorgeous 9-year-old Jack Russell x Chihuahua. She’s gentle, affectionate, and thrives on a predictable routine — especially her two daily walks, which she absolutely loves.

Sephie enjoys sleeping at the foot of the bed overnight and prefers to have company during the day. She is a wonderful little companion and very easy to love.

House Tasks

GARDEN AND HOME CARE:

* Regular mowing of the small lawn areas
* General home care and keeping the space clean, tidy, and secure
