Family home in North Cottesloe: March 1 - August 1.

We are seeking a quiet person of high integrity to care for our beautiful family home and our cat while we are overseas.

Our home is in North Cottesloe, a 5 minute walk from the beach and to several good cafes and is a beautiful sanctuary. We are on a great, close knit street with great neighbours.

We’re seeking someone who will care for the home and cat diligently, including vacuuming the wool carpets 2 x a week and ensuring the home stays clean. Our pool cleaner will come and tend to the pool.

Also to note:

-- Our two dogs will also be home between June 19-Aug 1. They'll be with family til then.

-- We will need our two cars driven around the block to keep the battery going but for insurance reasons, they are not included for use in the house sit agreement.

-- We are a non toxic home and use no chemicals to clean, or for laundry and expect that our house sitters wont either.

-- We will not accept party people— it is a family home, we have young children and we value our privacy, so we require someone who won’t have guests over.

It will best suit someone who is happy to enjoy the home for themselves, have a beautiful Cottesloe staycation and keep our cat company.

House Tasks

Collect mail, drive the cars around the block to keep them active, cleaning, vacuuming, feed the cat, keep cat company-- ensure house stays clean.
