My place is 400 metres from Shelly beach, and backs on to a reserve.
This is a two bedroom unit, bedrooms upstairs. One bathroom and a second toilet downstairs. It is a quiet area.
Rosie, my cat, is a rescue, she is around 8 years old and she has only been with me a few months. She is still quite nervous. She is sweet and likes to sleep on the bed or under it and if she is upset she is likely to be under the bed of either bedroom. She is not allowed outside, being a rescue she may attempt to find her original home, it is not far away and they are no longer there and neither of the owners wanted her. Unfortunately I do not know why. So there is a tray to keep clean and she lets you know that she has done something by charging round at high speed. This is handy for getting rid of the smell before it spreads around the house.

Pets & farm animals

Rosie is a mixed breed, seal point/ragdoll, 8 years old, rescued, couple separated neither wanted her,???? She is still very jumpy hides under the bed. Indoor cat, very important that she remains indoors.

House Tasks

Tasks would be to keep her litter tray clean, feed her, talk to her, keep her inside water the garden, put out the garbage, look after the house, keep it clean. All the usual stuff.
Go to the beach, have long walks, go surfing, play golf, enjoy Port Macquarie.
